*Broccoli (1/2 )Steam it
*Onion (1)Slice
*Garlic (1clove)Slice
*Olive oil or Rice oil(2 tablespoon)
*Panch Phoron(1/2 teaspoon)
*Sio kouji(1tablespoon)
*Soy milk(200cc)
1.Add oil, Panch Phoron, garlic and heat it in a pan
(Turn the frying pan diagonally☆)
2.Add the onion and quickly stir-fry it.
3.Add Sio kouji and turn off the heat
4.Put the broccoli and all the stir-fried ingredients in a blender and make it into a paste
5.Add soy milk and chill it in the fridge◎
