〜Chilled Broccoli and Soy Milk Soup with Panch Phoron〜

＊Broccoli (1/2 )Steam it

＊Onion (1)Slice

＊Garlic (1clove)Slice

＊Olive oil or Rice oil(2 tablespoon)

＊Panch Phoron(1/2 teaspoon)

＊Sio kouji(1tablespoon)

＊Soy milk(200cc)

1.Add oil, Panch Phoron, garlic and heat it in a pan

(Turn the frying pan diagonally☆)

2.Add the onion and quickly stir-fry it.

3.Add Sio kouji and turn off the heat

4.Put the broccoli and all the stir-fried ingredients in a blender and make it into a paste

5.Add soy milk and chill it in the fridge◎

It is the most fun to make and eat by yourself★☆
