〜Teriyaki potatoes with Garlic SOY SAUCE KOUJI〜

*Potato 1pc

*oil(2 tablespoon)

Garlic SOY SAUCE KOUJI(2 tablespoon)

*Water(1 tablespoon)

*tapioca powder(2 tablespoon)






1.Steam the potato hard


2.Cut it to a size that is easy to eat

3.Coat it with tapioca powder

4.Add oil in a pan and heat it after arranging 3(potato coated with tapioca powder)

5.Cover with a lid and brown for 2 minutes each side

Do not touch too much (too much touch makes it greasy)

6.Evenly pour the mixture of Garlic SOY SAUCE KOUJI (2 tables spoon) and Water (1 table spoon)
