〜Yam Onion with Curry Mix〜

＊Onion (1)＊Tomato(1/2)＊The bottom part of the green onion(5)＊Ginger(1 clove)＊Curry Mix(1/2teaspoon)＊Chili powder(1/2teaspoon)＊Sio Kouji(2tablespoon)＊Cumin(1/2teaspoon)＊a pinch of Salt＊Oil(1tablespoon)

1.Slice the onion and put it in a bowl. Mix it with a pinch of Salt.

2.Mince the tomato, green onion and ginger.

3.Add cumin, ginger and oil in a pan and turn on the heat. Add green onion and other spices when it becomes aromatic and stir-fry it.

4.Put everything into the bowl of the onion of 1. and mix them together.

It is the most fun to make and eat by yourself★☆
